The Memorial Book is kept at Pollards Hill Baptist Church, and will be displayed at the annual Memorial Service – A Time to Remember.

If you are not the next of kin please ask permission of the next of kin before submitting this form. 

The Memorial Book is updated regularly.

There is no charge to have someone remembered, but any donation towards the writing of the name and maintenance of the Memorial Book would be gratefully received. Details about donating can be found here: https://www.phbc.org.uk/giving/

Entries submitted by 13th October 2024 will be included in the Memorial Book in time for the service on 19th October 2024.
